We guarantee all goods and cheap compatible ink cartridges that we sell for the life of the product and that if you are not 100% satisfied we will replace the goods or refund your purchase price- NO QUESTIONS ASKED. If on the rare occasion you have a problem please email us sales@uneedink.co.uk and we will arrange replacement goods- see also Returns Policy below.

Delivery times for UK deliveries - we aim for a maximum of 3-4 working days from the date of placing of the order. In practice however, delivery is usually 1-2 days from date of order. Delivery times for shipments abroad are typically 5-7 days from receipt of the order (all based on First Class Royal mail post)

Charges:Unless otherwise stated all prices quoted are INCLUSIVE of VAT, packaging and delivery

Credit Card Security: Your security is vital to us. Payments are securely processed by industry leader WorldPay. We do not receive any credit card information ourselves - only a confirmation that the transaction has been authorised.

Privacy Policy: U NEED INK do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your basket once you have selected an item and to store delivery addresses if the address book is used. You will need to have cookies enabled or need to accept cookies from this site if you wish to make an order. We do not divulge any information to third parties.

We record IP addresses to help us track the demographics of visitors (which country they are from, which ISP they are using, etc). We may also use IP addresses to help in the tracking of credit card fraud, where applicable.

Returns Policy: If there is any problem at all with the quality of the products, please contact sales@uneedink.co.uk and return them, within 14 days of receipt, to: Customer Returns, U NEED INK, PO Box 7555, Glasgow, G42 2BZ.Please enclose your contact details, any reference labels associated with the product and details of the problem. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage and packing costs on goods that are to be returned to us if the goods are to be exchanged or are not faulty or have been ordered for the wrong printer. We will cover postage and packing costs if the goods being returned to us are faulty.
